We have been working with Bitnet Solutions to support our I.T. systems at Ward End Primary School for the last two years. We are extremely happy with the service that has been provided for by the company. The Consultants and staff are very helpful and they will go the extra mile to ensure the school receives the best service possible. Bitnets have advised us on the strategic plan for I.T. across the school; they have worked to future proof the school for the next 10 years. They have streamlined our I.T. facilities to support teaching and learning in the classroom and for our administrative team. They have removed our reliance on servers by moving storage to the cloud. This means that resources for all staff can be accessed securely from anywhere they are working. Bitnets have helped us source the best equipment for the best price and have over seen the installation in the school. The consultants are supportive, flexible and responsive to the schools need. They support Senior Leaders in taking the right decisions and provide onsite CPD for all staff as required.

The Milestone School contracted Bitnets from 2017 to support the IT function of the school. BitNets proved to be supportive, solutions focused and knowledgeable. They were always able to quickly analyse problems and correct them, advise us on improvements necessary moving forwards and supported our IT development strategy over several years. They would train staff as appropriate and were diplomatic at managing staff whose skills were not supportive of moving forwards. Bitnets were essential in supporting the school forming SAND Academies Trust, a group of schools coming together as one Trust. This was a complex process involving split site working and bringing together several different IT systems. I can recommend Bitnets without reservation and would have continued to contract them if our budget had allowed it.

Bitnet has been my preferred company when looking at purchases of server and network products, Microsoft solutions and development and support of Office 365 subscriptions. I've worked with Bitnet for the past 5 years and I am pleased to say that they always deliver a great service at educational price, with customer satisfaction always in mind, I will highly recommend them for any future projects you have in mind! The most recent project involved one single tenancy of Office365 and four domains. As a trust of primary schools, Excelsior MAT always tries to bring people together as a team and using a single tenancy was the way forward. Bitnet helped make this happen by connecting the four schools to a single ADSync server that synced all users to one single tenancy. We had a small issue with 1 of the 4 schools when the migration happened but this have been resolved in a very short time as soon as we knew what was causing it. Their flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond for their customers is something that I will always value. Thank you Bitnet for the great work you've done for us.

In the last year and a half, as the ICT Network Manager at Chilwell Croft Academy, I have worked closely with Bitnet Solutions on quite a few occasions. Improved productivity and mitigated outages

Bitnet Solutions personnel had done some work for us in the past which was quite successful. From that point onwards they were aware of our history & the impending need for us to change Servers/Operating platforms/ Systems as well as Email providers. During the length of our discussions it became clear we would have to migrate to Office 365, so Bitnet advised the Single Sign on facility and other key changes to the network management to improve productivity and mitigate outages. Being a school, our budget was very tight indeed so we had to take time to plan the best way forward & timing was crucial. Our first point of contact was Bitnet Solutions who helped us plan it in stages with work we could manage ourselves in preparation for the 'Big Switchover'. Without Bitnets' input, what they managed to complete in 4 days would have taken my team several weeks to complete. Bitnet were always very professional & easy to work with & invaluable in mapping out the schools needs for at least the next 5 years - which we didn't have before. I'm certain we will be using Bitnet Solutions again.
